What makes you most happy at work?
When I am able to really focus in on work and collaborate with the team. Sometimes meetings get heavy and take up lots of the days, so I really appreciate actual production time when I can work with teammates on actual products.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More transparency. Feel like a lot of changes that take place happen behind closed doors, then we may (or may not) get an email update after the fact. Would be great to be able to contribute more in company wide decisions or at least have some say.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
When onboarding to CB, info about raises stated there would be periodic employee evaluations to discuss progress and raises. At some point, CB did away with evaluations and made it so raises are contribution based and up to the employee to make a case for why they think they deserve a raise...
