They value employee happiness and empower teams and individuals to do their best work using whatever tools, technologies and resources are available..
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My salary is a bit lower than I could make elsewhere. There is no equity and benefits are good, but not the best.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are extremely talented and 100% committed. Nobody would ever think to say, "that's not my job". We are encouraged to take risks, but never punished for taking risks that might lead to failure. Failure is seen as a learning opportunity.
