What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
A culture of honest and direct feedback is amazing to work in. I'm guessing it's not for those who are easily offended, but it's a beautiful company to grow in.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a contractor, this job doesn't offer a pension, nor any other benefits other than my salary. There is no equity, no bonus that I know of, and the salary is not particularly special. The work and people are amazing, though, and that has its own worth.
