Extreme ownership and decentralized command. NO EXCUSES, just a group of likeminded talented hard working people all marching towards the same collective goal.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
On the business development side our personal incentives are directly aligned with the goals of the broader organization, which is a recipe for success. Proper incentives are critical to any successful org, and Theorem does a great job of this.
