Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The ability to grow is paramount in any industry. It is tough to receive more responsibility for the same amount of pay. My recommendation would be to advance the employees that bring value regardless of their origin within the company. Base it on merit, not on background.

They set too high plans that are a challege

Frito Lay doesn't care about the employees that actually make the company money....

Review from Sales Dept

I feel that everyones decisions effects the frontline worker but the frontline worker is the only one held responsible for those decisions.

You put in so much work and make the company so much money, and they dont do anything for you. Instead of a raise they constantly lower your pay. With the cost of living nowadays it would be nice to get a raise.

It feels like they care more about profits then your safety.

Absolutel undervalued and definitely undetpaid

Not one raise. Get blamed for other people's lack of work. Management is not on your side

Tou can make good money but you must to work 60 plus hours to get it so is it really that good?

Better work-life balance with more paid time off

the list of responsibilities keeps growing every few months while commission rates and base pays decrease.

Sometimes the friendliness and helpfulness shifts to not so much depending on who it is. This does not reflect the entire plant nor company.

Review from Operations Dept

Early hours and long days

To be paid more, and at a rate that is understandable by a reasonable person

Very undervalued.. more money for people who been there

Pay me equal to what the route owner makes for the days i work that route.

Yes! And its not from my superiors on our shifts or other shifts! I feel crewing office can determine if you have iob security! They wont admit their errors instead they lie and point you every chance they can! So we lose our jobs! We cant fight even wheb were right because its a no win situation!

Pay is low. No Equity for a while

Since Covid-19 came to be we have been way over worked and given no timetable as to when we will be staffed. We have been cut product for about 4 months now making it nearly impossible to hit plan or work our mandatory 50 hours. Which by the way we get docked pay for not hitting.
