What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Make newly hired college kids work in the field (more than 1 month ) and then promote up. Work on being here for the emplyee instead of writing them up for a paper trail. Boost moral. Change the call out and sick day situation. Un-used should roll over, and vehicle reembersment re-worked.

Creating a better work environment for frontline employees and not treat us like we're replaceable. Have wages that keep up with the cost of living. Better quality products and lower the cost of them.

Stay out of meetings and get in the market!

The leadership team needs to get better at helping the front line worker instead of trying to impress their boss.

Communication is the worse out of any company I worked for. Managers can never help you with any problems you come across.

The ability to grow is paramount in any industry. It is tough to receive more responsibility for the same amount of pay. My recommendation would be to advance the employees that bring value regardless of their origin within the company. Base it on merit, not on background.

They set too high plans that are a challege

I feel that everyones decisions effects the frontline worker but the frontline worker is the only one held responsible for those decisions.

You put in so much work and make the company so much money, and they dont do anything for you. Instead of a raise they constantly lower your pay. With the cost of living nowadays it would be nice to get a raise.

Stop being lazy and relying on the next guy to do the work. Show support or insight to do something better another way or show how to. Without critisizme

We work together well upper management does not intersct well with us

Every time i went to work it was a maga rally the people were really confrontational and toxic i witnessed a couple fights. It was very high stress

Drop the third party hiring company

Would be nice if they stopped lying to people about their pay. Be more honest on how much people really make working with the company

Not lie to them about how the pay for performance works. New employees most asked wuestion is how do they get paid and how much!

Stop all the racial discrimination process and questions they ask in interviews and it shouldn't take 2 trys to be able to get the job

Fair and equally disturbing work loads

Support to frontline employees. We lack support or motivation to continue to do and good job because sucsess is under celibrated and only met with bigger hurddles further down the road.

it's a company that spent years treating employees like they were disposable. talent retention took a huge hit as well as being unable to attract new talent. without a good support team, more talent leaves.

Quit changing the work schedule every hour and allow crewing if they dont like someone they will do whatever they can to cause them points or be no calls for ddl points! If your forcing employees to Work overtime! It should be posted at the beginning of the shift the day before not every 5 mins

Please see my previous answers. The management team here is a bunch of kids with little to no work experience and consistently lie, belittle, and talk poorly about other employees. There is no confidentiality between those in management positions and employees.
