What is the best part about your compensation package?

everything is nice and cool

the benefits are really outstanding

Benefits are awesome. The company just did a huge benchmarking study, which helped a lot of people. Tons of perks! Catered lunch, new maternity/paternity policy, lots of interaction with leadership.

Stock options and equity will have a lot of value

Payed fair with a possible bonus if company hits goals. Good stock options. 401k, health, dental as expected/standard to most jobs
