Review from Customer Support Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

if we coupd get paid more money, if our employee discount worked online and if we could get paid time off

No concern for MY well being after bending over backwards to support the company. Work excessive overtime or else regardless my daily support

Better equity in workload across each level and more consistent compensation

I do think that Gap Inc can improve salary - base salary really needs a boost, especially for living in the bay area. I also feel like annual increases also can grow given the expense of living in the area.

Better financial incentives, not so aggressive goals for opening credit cards in this time of financial struggles for customers. Average item price is $5-8.00 and you want people to open cards and have to have daily weekly "rally calls" to explain the same thing over and over.

They should compensate the workers with a little insentive! the company does not give a profit and with the discount card it is not favorable since it is better to buy online than to use the discount card

We have to meet Gap card goals and run a store so its profitable. We are running on less and expected to do more. Kids at McDonalds, In and Out, Target, and many more retailers make more money than Gap employees do. The discount is useless since Gap and online is constantly running a similar sale.

Review from Sales Dept

Almost no off time approvals.

Gap Inc management team are not fair with people with color when it comes to equal pay; you have to be a white person to get paid better.

I would have to make twice the money I do know

Review from Sales Dept

There should be more opportunities for raises

Review from Sales Dept

Low pay compared to my geographic region. Stock options threshold level keeps rising.

Review from IT Dept

minimum wage for part time employees; we work just as hard as full-time

Review from Sales Dept

I believe that there should be tips given by customers.

Review from Sales Dept

Never acknowledged for hard work

Review from Sales Dept

Just a high demand but less pay and benefits

Review from Product Dept

Discrimination against men is pretty rampant in my organization. Every person that has advanced within the the company since I joined is female.

Review from Sales Dept

Workers should get a living wage and benefits

Review from Sales Dept

The experience that I have regarding my position

If I would have gotten a raise
