What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Start making work more enjoyable for the staff and customers.

Company rolled out Bodequalty, meaning si,es for all which is great but in doing so focused on larger size clothing and lacked mid range sizing which is what stores need.

Too much politics, they burnt money on separation with idiots leading the pack!

Review from Customer Support Dept

Improved by smart people who have a voice and are able to manage up. People at Gap are smart but it’s hard to be brave enough to speak up.

Review from Product Dept

My first time at register I asked for help from the store manager. She had a rude tone with me in front of the customer. Once the store manager left. The customer was unhappy to hear the way she talked to me.

Review from Sales Dept

Gap is failing and they don’t know how to fix it. They treat the employees like dirt.
