They need to get b3tter at eaverything
Transparency and listening to employee feedback
Get better at executing flawlessly, having foresight to see what's around the corner. Anticipate and account for potential risks so it's no surprise when issues arise.
Their communication is lacking in the fact that they do not provide proper heads up for changes
Be consistent with your messages and direction. Realize the stores are what does the work while executive team changes it!
The Health insurance is really good
Fully integration with all kind of options
Review from HR Dept
I like all benefits provided
401k match and the employee discount
the tuition reimbursement program that is offered
if we coupd get paid more money, if our employee discount worked online and if we could get paid time off
No concern for MY well being after bending over backwards to support the company. Work excessive overtime or else regardless my daily support
Better equity in workload across each level and more consistent compensation
I do think that Gap Inc can improve salary - base salary really needs a boost, especially for living in the bay area. I also feel like annual increases also can grow given the expense of living in the area.
Better financial incentives, not so aggressive goals for opening credit cards in this time of financial struggles for customers. Average item price is $5-8.00 and you want people to open cards and have to have daily weekly "rally calls" to explain the same thing over and over.
We all support each orher.
i don't really know that much

I like how independent we are yet we come together week after week to get our respective tasks complete
Integrity, compassion, humor, and can do attitude
Review from Customer Support Dept
Management in the facilities is what needs improvement. We are working our butts off to meet unreachable, unreasonable goals
To feel that they can approach the store leads with anything
Become a team and work together as store leaders.
We need to be adequetly compensated for our tireless work and years of service. We need support from corporate on fair and equal compensation through ALL of the brands. We need corporate tonunderstand that we are drowning in online returns and that resources are being wasted by contradictory message
Review from Sales Dept
They cannot, no ones knows what they are doing!

Better bathrooms for employees and customers
The management team need to understand and learn the Equal Pay/Compensation Discrimination.
Change the whole Management period
All sales associates should make the same salary. Then they could hire better quality staff
Review from Sales Dept
Discipline in operational processes, accountability, reduce barriers to move quickly
It was 18 years ago
Clear questions to me and clear answers to my questions
Review from HR Dept
I liked being able to speak to so many people
the manager was very nice
The manager who, in interviewed me was very professional.
It has been a long time since i really interviewed but i had an "interview" with my DM where i was told that the only way i was going to het a raise was if i worked more hours. Everytime i have an interview the company restructures, I loose a pay rate but am expected to do the same duties
Review from Sales Dept
Improve on communication. Dont ghost candidates mid process.
The interview are easy to pass here cause people who work for the company don't have a Degree.
I would ask more complex questions
Review from Sales Dept
Knowing that i am a great leader and my team can trust me
I have the right tools to make my job, my manager teachs me and give me recognition
Review from HR Dept
Im happy to help my partners as well as show my abilities
When the vibe is positive and focused
Flexibile and empowered by my manager
Start making work more enjoyable for the staff and customers.
Company rolled out Bodequalty, meaning si,es for all which is great but in doing so focused on larger size clothing and lacked mid range sizing which is what stores need.
Too much politics, they burnt money on separation with idiots leading the pack!
The management needs to be happy with their jobs when they are miserable it trickles down
Review from Sales Dept
Raise my pay and more hours
Review from Sales Dept
Inclusive, nice office, snacks, discount at stores
Collaborative culture, integrity at the top, a boss who cares

Move more quickly, make a few big bets
