The English classes are very good, the teachers are awesome, is nice to have a group formed only by Globers, it's also nice to have the chance to know other people from other countries, it's always fun.

The freedom that we have to talk to anyone, the feedback culture, and our internal tools to recognize our teammates where everyone in the company can see... It's really nice to see people being recognized for their work.

I feel that the company is truly engaged in guaranteeing our well-being, there are always some little events about health care, mental health, and other relevant topics, which I think is great, we need to treat these subjects more naturally than we usually do as a society. It's important.
