I entered the company as a recruiter trainee, and when I finished my internship I had a proposal to stay as a recruiter analyst, however, I wanted to change in my career, I got the opportunity to present an interview for my current role Learning and DEI analyst.
What is the best part about your compensation package?

What do you like best about the leadership team?
We have a very human leadership team, professional and personal growth is always important. Leadership has a Glober-centric approach.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We work in a really DEI environment, where psychological safety and respect are the compasses for our behavior. We can all be ourselves to unleash all of our potential.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am a trainee and compared to the other companies in my country market I think our compenssation is below, however we have some other things that are greater
What did you like most about the interview process?
During the interview process, the recruiters do not make personality tests or something like that, they genuinely care about getting to know the other person, there is an unbiased evaluation, and they valued the importance of diversity.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There's always room for everyone to shine, when facing a general problem in the team we work together to solve it as fast as possible, we encourage spaces to have fun, and we can always ask for transparent feedback.
What makes you most happy at work?
I do feel like I have the work of my dreams in the company of my dreams, I love the autonomy that I have at work, and the support that I have from my leaders and teammates whenever I present a difficulty in my task. They also support my new ideas, there is always space for experimenting.
