I am very happy at Globant. People are very respectful about personal time, that's not usual in my country. There's integration activities, the offices are great for developers. So far I feel part of the team, I feel appreciated, I know my work and effort are valued.

It was fast, the different interviews all happened during the same day, I had the chance to ask questions and I was given feedback. Feedback is priceless.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I can be myself, being a women in tech is not always easy. I feel my teammates are kind, respectful and caring. There's a growth mindset, in which people want the company to grow and they want people to grow with it.
What makes you most happy at work?
Growing, learning, the people and having different indicatives, from cultivating our own interests, like the French club, to social innicatives, in which we can help other people or the world to be better. I can grow here as a person and in my career, we are given the tools and support to do so.
