They're all really nice people that you can rely on, and that's something you don;t get that much, people you feel you can be friends with and not just colleagues

They really let you do your own thing, let you handle the time and trust you to get your work done, they have great places to chill and relax from time to time too
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're super friendly, you don't get the same vibes like with other leaders where you feel like they're just your bosses, with these guys you feel like talking to a friend and can really relax around them.
What did you like most about the interview process?
You get a feeling of the company culture from the very beginning, the technical interview was more of a friendly chatter, geeking out about new technologies and dev tools, they do ask you a lot tho, but not in a stressful way.
