They play complementary roles, they're tactical and naturally perceive unexpected opportunities; but they're not just business, they care about their employees, impulse team work and try to give as much opportunities as they can to improve Globant and every person that works with them.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people in general, even if you didn't have the chance to meet them, everybody is open to share a coffee with you, to have a talk or even play an instrument or help you with your work. I love the colorful locations and the work environment in general!

I love to be able to meet persons from different places and share not only our technical knowledge, but our culture, the way we live, what we like to do. we have opportunities to grow as a human beings and improve our technical skills too. We like to think big, innovate and Have fun!
