I really like that the leaders Kwon very well the teams and they can use that knowledge to do a better management of the human resources and talents of each member of the team .
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
it's a very flexible culture and that's really good but also a demanding culture when you have to be at the level of your partners and that motivates you to get better and help the team.
What did you like most about the interview process?
it is not a strict process when you just answer a list of questions, its more like talk to some new person and explain what you do and how could you help a new team and that's cool because you get the opportunity to tell about you like a person.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think it's fair for the work I do, and benefits are better than other companies like held and flexibility and that's some that I really enjoy because you have time to your hobbies or family or whatever you want and you can still work in a high-performance project and develop your career.
