What is the best part about your compensation package?
Prepaid medicine is a Luxury in my country, Globant provides all of that. Besides great places to work, amazing places to chill is the best place I ever worked.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing the flawless projects that the company has and knowing that I am part of one of those amazing projects, and also know that I will find in workplace excellent people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Bowling lane in office, PS4, Arcade, Musical instruments room, pool table, tennis table. The people from different projects gather together to have fun and sometimes share knowledge in fun times, and also there are several talks about many things not only the tech part but also the human part.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was really fast the whole process, the interviews were scheduled really fast and the response was fast. In tech interview, they told my fails and let me know that I should work on that, but they did not discard me for that and let me in and now I am a good resource for the team andfor the company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There are several studios and teams aware of the constant change of IT in most of the way (if not all), so all of them are daily working on the best practices and ways to understand the work and their needs. So I feel that I am covered with the leadership team due to they look forthe benefit for all
