I am managing bunch of enthusiastic people who believe in quality work. Managing them is fun and motivating them is harder. I enjoy that challenge.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are good listeners. They are very good at executing a given plan. Some of them are pretty rigid and they never help but rest of them are pretty much helpful and always welcome suggestions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They don't limit the employees. There no mandate of compulsory working hours. You are free to work from home as well as long as there is an agreement between you and your manager. They provide laptops so you can work from anywhere.
