Everybody is chilled and transparent. No bossy culture and arrogant attitude. Nobody tries to take control over you.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think, there should be Wi-Fi compensation as we are working from home and it requires a higher bandwidth and rates.

Throughout the process, the things were clearly mentioned and the feedback was fast and constructive. It didn't take long to complete the interview process.

They are straightforward and chill. No bossy attitude, no arrogance that I like the most. When people try to take control over you, that pisses me off. But here, everybody is cool and friendly.
