What do you like best about the leadership team?
Direct supervisors are very supportive of thier teams, but department leadership and upper management don't seem to have any clue how the departments can be run much much more efficiently. THey basically just throw ideas at the wall and hope a few stick.

Great C-suite leadership, but there is a gap between that mid level management. My manager is amazing, but she is the exception, not the rule.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything, they are terrible at making a right decisions to run the departments smoothly. They do not care about the customer so long as we get their money without providing the service they paid for. Everyone is quitting, understandable, they dont want to continue sacrificing their integrity.

We have a combined product management and design team. We do great work and our environment is very supportive.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Fix management because all problems stem from there. They unjustified treatment of employee and customer is was causes everyone's irritable mood/hostile environment.

The company is everything but positive.

There is a rich diverse culture in our department and the company at large. However, like most companies, there are still a few small male dominated pockets in the company that embrace outdated thinking.

Remove fear of retribution and punishment by managers based on unrealistic metrics that only provide customers with mediocre product.
