What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop belittling people, stop the demeaning behavior and emails. Have the balls to admit a mistake and make an apology when warranted. And stop hiding behind crap like, "that is just how I am" or "he's passionate about his work, he doesn't really mean it."

Equity in the company is important.

Pay is pretty good and annual bonus for all employees has been pretty good too because company is profitable.

Very few technical persons. Managers are poor and they don't have knowledge of business. They just conduct useless meetings which is no where related to the improvements of the company
