Getting paperwork done on time
actually showing up, giving a sh*t about the company, treating employees with respect, not using the fear of getting fired as a management tool, stop haphazard hiring practices, stop derailing projects so things can actually get done... shall I continue?
Leadership needs to get better at strategy, focus, and transparency. The team is very inexperienced and doesn't seem to learn from mistakes.
For starters, we DESPERATELY need a proper HR department that will hold the exec team accountable and won't allow bullying
The leadership team consists of over emotional, egotistical men who lack industry experience. Non of them seem to understand that their employees are the ones who face the customer on a daily basis and therefore act on behalf of the customer. Leadership doesn’t listen.

Pays below market rates for the most part, not everyone. Doesn't always follow through on compensation offers, especially when it comes to implied bonuses.
Severely below competitive market rate. They also refuse to provide annual bonuses because quarterly "variable pay" saves them money on taxes...as does hiring contractors versus FTEs.

New ceo, or just an IN OFFICE HR team that will hold him accountable
upper management

More recognition. Less arbitrary firing. More transparency. More focus on doing a few things well.
We have a toxic environment and volatile ceo who constantly derails projects while ruining morale
The leadership team is pinning down scalability and growth because their egos get hurt when the idea doesn’t come from them. Get a leadership team in who knows how to manage a company and we will thrive.
