Goodwill Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

It was hard comiting yes or no, for this one, I get PTO, employee discount & a bonus when our store is meeting sales goal.

Benefits package is fair and meets my needs.

well paid, completive benefits and bonus

Review from Operations Dept

Don't have one as I'm a part time employee

I don't have that package. I'm part time.

The retirement package is nice.

The compensation and PTO provided.

Bacation time off of work

The reimbursement of our compensation

The pay and the respect

The paid leave is fairly generous, not the best for Nonprofits in AR but the people are valued in actions and support.

Health insurance and wfh days

403b and retirement plan is pretty cool

15% discount and classes to further yourself

Pet insurance and help buying a home.

I get some pretty good dental

It is cheaper than the plans out there.

They offer medical dental vision and have a 401k

My 403 which I have invested in

Paid time off and full time hours.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

A higher wage and more hours.

Sure would like better dental insurance

working at Evergreen Goodwill has made me disgusted with retail.

The salary should be atleast $22 per hour.

We should make more money, wealth should be better distributed in the company

They pay you 16 an hour

Company is not Goodwill takes advange of enployees

Need more paid time off

I feel that we are all under paid

Higher pay and vacations paying hours

Equitable with the market, skills and education thst an indivual brings in addition to performance.

The work is very strenuous. I think all team members are worth more than they are paid.

Higher pay per hour. Bonuses. Period.

Review from Sales Dept

better benefits, more affordable, more investing options

More money and vacation,PTO workers

I want to be paid more

I would like a choice not to have benefits because I never use it. It just takes money and never gives back.

Review from Sales Dept

Salary is very low, and the health benefits are cost prohibitive

Understaffed terrible yet expensive health insurance no job training

When you're not in management, who cares? You're expendable, people are always looking for jobs, that's the attitude.
