What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Become more realistic and listen to the people doing the work.
Navigating life in short. Stop overlooking the good employees, and stop promoting females that you slept with on the floor everyone knows what going on here that's why the turnover rate is so high and understaffed because management is terrible, and disrespectful

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better communication, no more lies, pay raises to keep up with the cost of living.
Pay is not competitive with surrounding employers. I have to work with unqualified associates because his homeboy got him the job. No training pay. I was under paid for 6 months before they finally admitted the messed up my pay. On call hours I never got paid for on a holiday.
What are some of the best things about your team?
our strengths and weaknesses play out well with eachother. Ego does not get in the way. We are always ready to help each other out.

site management for locations needs to be better aligned to company objectives
