What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Management and environment must improve

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Leadership, better policies, better benefits, better conpensation. More respect for employees

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Poor management, and not enough employees. The work load is unevenly spread

What did you like most about the interview process?

The team seemed very friendly at first, they made the company sound more beneficial

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

We have a general manager and that is all. There is a very poor breakdown of power, as well as managers who are only concerned about money. There is no overhead. No hr person on site. No one except GM.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I was started on the 3rd of the month. Due to gray policy, i had to wait 2 months to get insurance. And they are very poor policies. I am averaging around 15$. Which is now the minimum wage in my area. It is uncompetitive for the work they expect done.
