It's been fine for a job straight out of college. But I can't imagine raising a family on these scraps.

Co workers. But then I remember my pay.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people I work with. Everything else is pretty bad.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicating and leading effectively. Right now, there are too many cooks in the kitchen.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a news producer, I've never been paid adequately for the actual amount of time I spend working.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was easy. I didn't even know the position I was applying for and brought that up in my interview.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all on the same page and working for the same goal. We communicate effectively, despite not having a manager.
