I loved my job (for 21 years) until they were bought out by Gray Television. They only care about the money in their pocket, couldn't care less about the people that work for them. Management will say what ever they need to to get what they want then knife your back
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
To much stress, back stabbing and mostly not having a lick of a sense of security
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I didn't interview with this company I was hired while the place was owned by another company. They were easy
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They don't pay based on merit. You get a cost of living raise and nothing more. No reason to do better they don't recognize effort
What are some of the best things about your team?
Co workers on my level are good we all get along but we are considered expendable and are hidden in a back room where none of the pretty people have to deal with us.
