    Remove these awful leaders who consistently are rated low on the weekly and monthly Pulse surveys. Hire from the outside so they can change the dog eat dog culture there. Actually mean it when you say you care about the people.

    One change I would make would be to value employees. Groupon lays off employees every 6 months and hires cheaper younger ones that are not properly trained. The biggest problem with Groupon is that it does not see employees as an asset. The company will crash without quality employees who are paid a living wage.
