What are some of the best things about your team?

I like how i can communicate with the cursbide e store leaders about any issues regarding customer's orders (missing items, damage products) and get a solution to help the situation everytime.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I like how delivery workers and customers at curbside are nice and have patience. I enjoy the communication i can have with my supervisor or coworker if i have any issues during my shift. People are respectful towards me.

What did you like most about the interview process?

The manager was very nice and respectful towards my mental health and empathize with my struggles. She was informative about the training process, HEB attire requirements, how stressfuk the job is so I can have a picture of whats in store for me.

What makes you most happy at work?

I feel happy that I get to talk to customers who are nice and helpful when im stressing with the amount of items I have to unload into their car. I enjoy the partner discount card on top of the holiday bonus i got.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are understanding to personal issues with transportation, family emergencies, etc. My managers have given me tips to help me to work easier at curbside. Overall are there to help you if you are dealing with any issues regarding your mental health, job and etc.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I think the heavylifting to the full runs curbside people have to make under an hour for multiple types of items (frozen food, dry or cold) make it feel like we are doing a 2 to 3 persons job for a wage that meant for 1 person.
