What did you like most about the interview process?

It was fairly easy to get hired

More vacation, better play. Less waste at work.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are not too strict.

What makes you most happy at work?

Being able to watch TV in the break room

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The amount of vacation we get after 5 years it's very little, compared with other companies

What are some of the best things about your team?

Most are lazy. Likely because the place doesn't get managed well. And a bunch of new employees not being adequate for our kind of work.
