Long hours, with very little breaks. Very micromanaged and scheduling was bad. Lot of task to do and keep up with.

Better communication and being more productive

You have to do more then one interview typically 2-3 with questions online then web interviews talking to a camera which they don’t even look a
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are no bonuses or stock unless you’re there for three years and get it after you quit a year later from heb. The pay was average but had to do more than other job
