I work curbside. It's minimal training, fast paced and a lot of lifting. Equipment is broken, bags break a lot, etc. I feel little motivation to do well because there's no benefit, just possible punishment. Covid sick pay is based on a 6 mo average so, as a new employee I got very little.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Some of the leads are pretty chill.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They're fairly nice and I don't hate them.

Taking lunch on a busy day.

It was during a hiring event so it went quickly.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Training, work policy, maintaining equipment, compassion, not talking about making employees compete for numbers when one is nearby and can hear.
