Love the company however, they do make it way more difficult for a current partner to advance into upper leadership as opposed to externals. Way too many hoops to jump through to acquire the desired position.

When placed in the right environment, the sky is the limit.

I am not pleased. I am currently working on negotiating my compensation.

The interview process is horrible. Way too many hurtles to prove your worth.

I appreciate the support I receive daily to continue to learn the business and further advance my career with HEB.

The feeling of a tight nit community within my store. These partners are considered family. Every day I tell them how much I appreciate their hard work.
What makes you most happy at work?
My partners! The everyday social interaction. Being able to see a project through. Being seen as an asset. Knowing that my work and dedication are acknowledged and appreciated. Knowing store leadership are 100% on board with my professional development.
