Overall the company is great to work for but the management is lazy and honestly terrible. Store leaders are great but department managers are the worst beyond lazy. They are required to work 10 hour shifts but most barely work six since they never punch in/out.

Honestly everybody is super friendly. It's a really positive work environment.

The partners I work with and the customers I get to help.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most partners work really hard and they do work as a team which is rare in most companies
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Most store leaders are kind and compassionate and hard-working. They really do their best to communicate well and understand their partners.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If you offered to help out in a time of need they will really overwork you and take advantage. They pay everyone completely different even if they have the same amount of experience and job title.
