Stressful, managers all the time, this area has bad leadership. For a company that aays people matter. Its only the people that are buying there stuff. The worker are not treated very well. New hires are making more than people who have put year of work in.
What makes you most happy at work?
When we finish early an get to go home
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team. When working together the can get a lot done.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Hiring. The only ones that get hired are from the age of 18-25. An non of them stay to long. The are some older people that need a job and would work harder and better than the young ones but dont get a chance because of there age, size, and looks.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I so the save job as my lead. An im paid leas. New hires make 3 dollar less than me an i have put 10 years in. I stared at 9 an hour they get 15. Let me not forget they get a raise every 6 months and im lucky if i get a raise in a year. Equal pay for equal work
