What is the best part about your compensation package?
HEB has so many benefits, even on the part time level. Stocks accumulate very rapidly once you've gotten one. They have discounted events, tickets, hotels, etc. for partners (just first come first serve). Not to mention 25% discounts on HEB products on and around holidays.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team just knows how to work with each other. If there has been an issues in one part of the department, meetings will take place to help resolve the issues and present solutions. This does vary depending on your manager. If they care, you'll know. You'll be in good hands with a manager who cares.
