What do you like best about the leadership team?

Management is well-trained, driven, and supportive

What makes you most happy at work?

Getting to know nice customers and making good food for them.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

They encourage people who want to advance in the company to go for it. Partner development is important to the company.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Getting paid a living wage would be a start. It's hard to come to work and be my best self/push myself when I am worried about how I'm going to pay rent or whether I should pay a bill or get groceries for the week.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Tied in with compensation--we are all bitter that so-and-so is getting paid more for doing the same job. Most problems that arise with coworkers for me is because they make harsh judgements about others' characters for tiny mistakes and gossip nonstop and I don't stand for that.
