We work well together and when someone is in need of help people chip in.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is generally upbeat even though I work nights (stocking). Everyone seems to enjoy their job.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy my job. I feel that I am paid well and my hard work is recognized.
What did you like most about the interview process?
As long as you are willing to take the time to go through the process, the job is well worth the effort.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am a new employee at HEB. They have stood by all that they claim. Work hard and do you job right and you will be rewarded. I have.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am paid above the average for my job. I have already received two increases in the short time that I have been there. I have also already been promoted. I have excellent insurance benefits for myself and my family. When I am eligible I will have other excellent benefits.
