Respond in a timely manner, and be thorough in explaining the timeline of the interviewing process.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My contributions to my department go unnoticed and unrewarded. Nobody gets high 5’s, even when they are seen going above and beyond. My technical skills and professional certifications don’t figure into my pay

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Value your partners. Don’t bring in cheap sodas and pizza on rare occasions, while the managers feast on BBQ every Wednesday. Recognize partners who do their jobs, and especially the ones who pick up the slack from those who are there just to collect a paych
