After working there a year you get stock in the company and when you decide to leave you get a huge check

Good pay, good hours, easy job, proper training, well rounded managers, joh security (they have never laid off anyone in company history)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
HEB always puts it’s partners first and it definitely shows. For instance if there is ever a negative interaction with an angry customer the manger will always make sure they hear your side of the story rather than automatical
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It never feels like an inconvenience when you talk to them, they are always gald to speak with and help you. When it gets busy they never get frustrated and always keep calm. If they have an issue they are very professional about it

I like interview it’s self. If was a formal interview with the manager and they asked you basic questions that would relate to the work enviorment. I dont like how hard it is to get an interview however. I applied a total of 13 times before I finally was able to land an int
