My new store is great, but the last one I was run out of by a SD that was let off his chain. there is too many abusive managers, and to many people that take advantage of the do what you want attitude HEB lets happen. Getting threatened termination for making a SD look bad because he was wrong isbad

The open door policy is actually upheld even if not work related.

I have a lot of freedom to make changes and test limits.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
At my new store more people want to be there. in Houston stores not so much.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was lucky and got 1 on 1 interview with our UD most get a group interview where it is hard to stand out.
