What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everybody shows up willing to work and help out the customers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We get a discount card for our groceries on HEB items, we get stock equity and a insurance package plan. We get flexible hours which I really like and we get paid weekly.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
When it comes to leadership I think HEB is good. My manager is great and he knows how to be a leader by showing his department how to work by setting the example and not just boss you around.
