I feel as if I an the wrong age and in a few store the wrong color(white) watched new hires with no food experience get paid a dollar more an hour than me after me being there 4 years and told could not do anything about it I have been assaulted and manager refused to address issue had to myself

What do you like best about the leadership team?
There are a few that are hard working and actually care as if they were a customer about the end product.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have begged for years to learn other parts of my area only to watch someone younger come in and start to be trained for that which I ask to learn. Watching it happen again just as I finally moved to an area I wanted now younger people are coming in and being trained to do things I have yet to be.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
To transfer to store you go through a 3rd party who says you don't need to do online video interview but if you don't you never get a call back.. They tell you to go to the public library to open your email to do the online interview if you don't have web cam at home which I don't and wont have one.
