For being a business that goes through varied periods of slow or packed, the way I am treated as a partner through pay, social experiences, responsibilities, and overall as a human being is wonderful compared to anywhere else I have been.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Humor. To work in curbside you have to have humor to go through what we do. Even the rest of the departments have humor, which is great to laugh off the stress.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very adaptable and enjoyable to work with. The team honestly care for us and makes every day with them fun. They truly try to get to know all of the partners.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked both the group interview and the personal interview. The group interview didn't have any silly boring games, we got to work together to figure out different scenarios and make our own primo pick deal. I liked the personal interview because I love my boss and she made me feel comfortable.
