What makes you most happy at work?

I enjoy doing a great job and being rewarded fairly for it. I enjoy helping customers

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

A sense of urgency and personal responsibility. People want to come into work and do a good job.

What did you like most about the interview process?

My interview was for an overnight grocery stocker and it was very informal but also direct and straight to the point.

What are some of the best things about your team?

I feel like management at HEB is very effective and because hourly workers are generally well paid in comparison to other retailers they are motivated which in my experience has made for smooth sailing.
