What did you like most about the interview process?I appreciated it was a phone interview with my leaders manager to help determine skills, then an in person interview with both. Sadly, that is no longer done and leader only interviews friends/family and hires them, regardless of skill level.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?Paying long term employees better than new hires
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Communication! There's hardly any and its poor quality when it's there. They also need to improve at follow-up/follow through.
