Collaborative. Everyone is always trying to help everyone else make more money. These are lifetime partnerships.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Lifetime Residual income. No other company in the payroll space does it, and we have millionaire sales reps because of it.

What makes you most happy at work?

You have the freedom to build your business the way you want. You have more control over how your day-to-day operates and not feel like your work in a box.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The employees at this company are true business partners. It's like owning your own small franchise business. All the other owners believe if they brand do better, they will in turn do better.

What did you like most about the interview process?

It didn't feel corporate. The process was more about who I was as a person to make sure I was a culture fit. I have passed this same way do to the people I interview as well.
