The desire to share information and support one another

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The leadership team keeps employees informed about the business and direction.

What did you like most about the interview process?

I was required to shadow another person which helped me make my decision to accept the position.

What makes you most happy at work?

The best thing about my work is serving my customers and helping them find a solution for their business.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

A living base for the sales team instead of less than minimum wages and requirement to carry an AR Balance which they take back out of your commissions.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The ability to share information. I believe there is a desire to create a more inclusive culture but it is a slow process and there are no minorities in leadership which is a concern.
