Love the role but not as much as I used to. I often feel burned out because of all the recent pricing actions. Sometimes I feel like we are becoming "like the rest of" the processing companies. The pricing actions seem penny rich and dollar poor to me. Our online reputation is taking a big hit.
What is the best part about your compensation package?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have a great team of people and we enjoy getting together.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
For the first three years I was very happy and energized. Now that many of my customers are getting price increases, PCI Compliance fees, Customer Intelligence Suite fees, and Non EMV fees I have too much time invested in retention.
