I loved this company starting out. Then people got promoted that I don't feel should. People got bonuses when they have done less than I have. I've worked so hard that its expected day in and day out that my work isn't considered great, its my everyday and I am constantly overlooked.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The executive staff seem to care about the company as a whole.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I enjoy their light heart and our ability to pass on knowledge from co worker to co worker.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The attitude in my department. How my boss treats women but praises the men on our team. "Women are stupid once a month because they lose all the blood from their brain." "You have to be an attractive woman to get promoted."
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work weekends when I am busy. I have a heavy work load that is not equally shared. they know I can handle the work, so I get stuck doing it. I know how much money I help make for this company, yet bonuses were taken away nor do I receive the laughable spot bonuses in lieu of my previous bonus.
